Oct. 12th, 2015 06:01 pmCharacter Name: Mephistopheles Arkadian
Canon: Doctor Who (EU)
Age: Old enough to have been married twice, but past that who knows.
History: http://tardis.wikia.com/wiki/Mephistopheles_Arkadian
Canon Point: Nebulous, but usually before Panacea
Bio: Arkadian is a transtemporal crook, a conman, an arms-dealer, a thief, and a general ne'er-do-well. In short, there are rather a lot of people who might be interested in getting their hands on him and often with good reason. But he's honestly okay with that - and appears to genuinely enjoy what he does. Nor does he have any real shame about being so, what matters most to him is what comes at the end of the day, what he gets by anything, and what he can get by selling a little information here and there - he can, and has, turned against would be allies simply because he can get more of doing so than otherwise. And yet, he's not really cruel about it. He's not ever going to read as nice, but he seems to draw the line at cruelty simply for the sake of it.
(He may, possibly, have a conscience. The jury is still out on that, and even Arkadian is willing to imply that he might not have one.)
Special Powers/Abilities: None. Unless being surprisingly easy to get along with for a dyed-in-the-wool criminal counts.
